Complimentary delivery is provided upon net purchase over HK$ 350. Delivery to outlying islands or remote areas is not available or subject to additional charges.

・產品屬於寵物鮮食，需要保存雪櫃內！『冷藏』保存期限：0至4℃ 雪櫃，約三至四日內食用。『冷凍』保存期限：-18 至 -15℃ 冰櫃，可保存一個月左右。 ・ All pet snacks are freshly made with natural ingredients, please keep them refrigerated. Refrigerate at 0 - 4 ℃ and consume within 3-4 days. Freeze at -18 to -15℃ which can keep up to a month.

・盡量於當天食用，以保持最佳品質。 ・It is best to consume on the day of pickup for optimum taste. ・如由-18 至 -15℃ 冰櫃取出，請放到0至4℃ 雪櫃，解凍12小時。 ・If the snack is taken out of the freezer, please place it in the fridge and defrost for 12 hours. ・解凍後建議放置常溫或用微波爐／焗爐微溫，便可給寵物食用。 ・After defrosting, please place it at room temperature or warm it up slightly using a microwave or oven before feeding.

・所有食物成份都會列明出來，如您的寵物有任何過敏原，請告知商家並討論轉換成份(可能有額外收費)。 ・All ingredients are listed out; if your pet has any allergies, please discuss with us to change the ingredients if possible (subject to additional charge). ・食品包裹收到後一定要記得第一時間放入雪櫃保存，避免變質。 ・Upon receipt of the pet snacks, please keep them refrigerated to avoid them going off. ・如您的寵物有直接吞嚥習慣，請在看護下食用。 ・If your pet tends to gulp the food, please feed them under supervision. ・此為寵物小食，並非能取代寵物正餐，建議少量多次餵食。 ・Pet snacks cannot replace actual meals, we suggest you feed small amounts between meals.
